2. Do I need to book in advance?

To avoid disappointment, please book your tickets in advance—popular dates sell out fast. Tickets purchased online before September 9, 2024, can enjoy up to a 20% discount. On-site tickets, cash only.

3. Can I pay by card on-site?

Unfortunately, due to unstable network signals at the venue, we recommend bringing cash for payment.

4. How will I receive my tickets?

If you don't have Hanfu and need us to provide one (Free costume, one size, no returns, no refunds), please make sure your address, postal code, and recipient information are correct when booking your ticket online. We will mail your wristbands, game cards, and Hanfu to the address you provide. For those without Hanfu, please book tickets. If you have your own Hanfu, you can join for free without booking. Games are pay-on-site, cash only.

5. Can I refund my ticket?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your ticket after you booked it for any reason, including the weather. If you cannot attend, please feel free to pass on your tickets to friends or family.

6. What should I wear?

This event is themed around China's Tang and Song dynasties. It's great if you can wear Chinese-style clothing. If not, you can order outfits when purchasing tickets on our website.
